Reseller Program for Photographers |

If you are a photographer and you do not have the time to operate your own content store,
you can resell your content at our website by participating in our reselling program. We also
provide our partners with web hosting, billing solutions, advertising and customer support.
If you are producing photos or videos and you are looking for an agency which really can sell
your content and will find new customers for your production, this is probably a good opportunity to use
Nevest.net as your broker to get into new markets.
1. Our Services:
- Nevest.net will pay photographers 50% of the total sales of their content made from www.nevest.net website.
- Nevest.net will provide every partner with FTP access to upload content.
- Nevest.net will provide every pertner with detalied sales report every month
- Nevest.net will pay revenue during 30 day of the end of each month when total pertner revenue exceeds minimum payout
- If monthly revenue is less than minimum payout, this value is carry over to the next month
- Payment will be done only by E-Passporte , unless another payment method is acceptable by the both sides.
Minimum payout is USD100.
2. General Requirements:
- Nevest.net requires all documents required by Title 18 USC 2257 (Including copies of identification) be held at all times by partner
- Partner must remain the Custodian of Records for his titles
- Partner must maintain a valid address for his custodial record
- Partner must have the legal right to sell/resell the images. Nevest.net will not be held responsible if the copyright on the images is challenged.
Partner must be legally liable for any damages that arise due to such circumstances
- Partner must agree to distribute his content in accordance with Nevest.net's License Agreement
- Partner must agree that all his content subject to Nevest.net's Discount Policy
- Partner must agree to provide content in the format with full accordance with Nevest.net's requirements and instructions.
- Partner must agree not to distribute content freely elswhere or sell them at the price much lower than Nevest.net's price.
3. Partner Rights:
- All content provided by the partner will be sold on non-exclusive (semi-exlusive) basis
- partner must privide at least 10 semi-exclusive licenses for every photo/video set to be sold at Nevest.net.
- Partner has the right to sell contetn somewhere else.
- Partner might terminate agreement by notifying Nevest.net. Nevest.net
will stop selling partner's content and remove them from server during 1
month from the date of notification.
- Nevest.net will simply give the partners guidelines for pricing. The only requirement
is the prices should be resonable.
4. Limitations:
- Nevest.net has zero tolerance to ch*ld pronography.
- Nevest.net does not allow sell(resell) uncopyrighted materials.
- Nevest.net does not accept content without appropriate (or with conuterfeit) legal offical papers.
All accompanying documents should correspond to Title 18 USC 2257.
- Nevest.net has the right not to accept or reject content at any time without any reasons.
